The $200 fee includes:
Coach bus travel to and from the retreat
Lodging for the entire retreat
Meals:
Dinner on Sunday night
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Monday and Tuesday
Breakfast on Wednesday
Supplies for devotionals, workshops, and small group discussions

Warm clothing (layering is ideal)
Winter gear (coat, hat, gloves, scarf)
Comfortable shoes for outdoor activities

The retreat is centered around encountering the Holy Spirit through worship, the Word, and fellowship.
Activities include:
Daily worship sessions
Teaching and small group discussions
Fellowship and team-building games
Snow Tubing
Quiet time for personal reflection and prayer

Rooms will be assigned based on gender. Boys will room with boys and girls with girls, with leaders in each room to provide supervision and guidance. If your student has a specific roommate request, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We will have two nurses on-site throughout the retreat. If your student has any medical needs, allergies, or requires medication, please inform us before the trip. All medications should be labeled and will be kept securely with the nurses.

Departure: We will be traveling by coach bus and leaving on Sunday at 2:00 PM from Tollgate High School. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and load up.
Arrival: We will arrive at Word of Life in Cranston, RI at approximately 3:00 PM.

Service Nights
These nights consist of a time of worship and biblical message catered specifically for this age group. Followed by a fun after party with games and food.

Crew Nights
Twice a month the Youth gather into small groups based on their age range. Crews are designed to create a deeper sense of community & we believe no one should go through life alone.
A safe space to create friendships and foster spiritual growth.
