TESTIMONY: Elisa Marie

I am a single mom who had been battling cancer over the course of 8 years. During this time, I felt lost and found myself doubting my faith. When I stumbled upon Legacy Church, I instantly felt welcomed and comforted. From the moment I began attending, I experienced miracles and blessings over my life.

During a recent visit to the doctors, I was told the cancer may have returned. Immediately, I had a beautiful team of prayer warriors interceding for my health during an altar call where I believe I was healed! Soon thereafter, I decided to get baptized and only a few days after my baptism, I went in to have a biopsy procedure in which the doctor found three non-cancerous tumors which posed no threat! It was then revealed I was CANCER-FREE!

While I will still continue to undergo annual check-ups, I firmly believe Jesus cleansed and healed me at my baptism! Since then, I have felt a sense of freedom and newness. I no longer have soul-ties to my past and I look forward to what God has in store for me, for my son and brother (who were also baptized with me on that special day). God is good and I am thankful for the prayers and support of my Pastor, family and friends of Legacy Church.
