TESTIMONY: Gabriella Andrade
Growing up was hard for me, my parents weren’t together and we moved a lot! I had battle many insecurities. I’m not pretty, nobody loves me, everyone is against me, etc. moving into new schools was a struggle because I didn’t know who I was. I put in a mask to hide my true identity. It just got worse from there.
At around nine years old I was sexually assaulted by my best friend at the time. I didn’t tell my mom until this year about 7 years later! I also told my pastors and since they prayed over me, I have been completely free from the shame and trauma of it all.
I thank the Lord for freeing me and helping me push through every negative thought that comes through my mind. My thoughts are now filled with His love and encouragement. I hear Him say to me you are loved, you are beautiful, your are worthy! I am so thankful for Him helping me find my true identity and plugging me into a church alive with love, joy and caring people! The devil tried to chain me up with my past hurtful experiences, but Jesus set me free and gave me new life! And it is all because of Jesus!
As a church we do not believe in doing life alone. We want to pray with you.
